Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Schedule It website (scheduleit.blkmagick.app) and the Schedule It Shopify application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BLK Magick Apps. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What Schedule It Does

Schedule It provides automation and scheduling tools for Shopify merchants, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduled price changes (by percent or fixed amount)
  • Timed product publish and unpublish
  • Stacked discount scheduling with auto-expiry
  • Inventory adjustments on a schedule
  • Variant enable/disable scheduling
  • Scheduled theme switching with auto-revert
  • Announcement bar scheduling
  • Metafield updates and product tag automation
  • Multi-action automation sequences and reusable templates

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to operate the Shopify store connected to the Service. By using Schedule It, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Access

Access to Schedule It is granted through your Shopify store's app installation. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
  • Ensuring your automation configurations are correct before execution
  • All activity performed through your connected store

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify's Terms of Service. You may not use Schedule It to:

  • Automate actions that violate Shopify's API Terms or Partner Program Agreement
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other stores or systems

5. Merchant Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing scheduled actions before they execute
  • Ensuring pricing, discount, and inventory changes comply with applicable consumer protection laws
  • Maintaining backups or safeguards for store data where appropriate

BLK Magick Apps is not responsible for unintended outcomes caused by misconfiguration, incorrect scheduling, or actions taken without review.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Billing is managed through Shopify's billing system — not directly by BLK Magick Apps
  • Plan pricing, feature limits, and billing cycles are as described on the Schedule It listing in the Shopify App Store
  • Access to paid features may be suspended if billing becomes inactive or unpaid
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's App Store refund policies

7. Execution and Reliability

Schedule It uses retry logic (up to 20 attempts) and sends email alerts on failure. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Execution within a specific second of the scheduled time
  • Successful execution in all cases (e.g., Shopify API downtime, rate limits, deleted products)
  • Continuous, uninterrupted operation

We recommend reviewing execution logs after critical automations run.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or Shopify platform outages may affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLK Magick Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, your Shopify account becomes inactive or restricted, or required billing is not maintained. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI, and content comprising Schedule It are the property of BLK Magick Apps. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Schedule It integrates with Shopify and may interact with other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
